What to Expect
Our meetings are relaxed and welcoming. Whether you're a first-time visitor or a long-standing member, here's what happens at a typical meeting:
Typical Meeting Agenda
- 5:00 PM - Doors open, set up, informal chat and stamp browsing
- 5:10 PM - Sales by tender viewing
- 5:45 PM - Welcome and club announcements together with guest speaker or member presentation
- 6:00 PM - Sale by tender
- 7:00 PM - Meeting close and pack up. You can then enjoy dinner hosted by Unity Hub
Meals are available through the venue, and donations are appreciated to help cover costs.

Your Collection
Bring stamps you'd like to show, discuss, or have valued. Our members love seeing what others collect and can offer advice on organisation and identification.
Duplicates to Trade
Have spare stamps? Bring them along! Trading is a great way to fill gaps in your collection while helping others do the same.
